About this teacher

Hi, I’m Brendon Slabbert. I’m an English teacher with experience dating back to January 2023, and I especially enjoy working with adults in one-on-one lessons.

My lessons are practical, relaxed, and focused on helping students speak more clearly and confidently. I can help with everyday English conversation, business English, vocabulary improvement, sentence structure, pronunciation, and fluency. I also give structured correction so students understand not only what to fix, but why it should be corrected.

In my classes, students can expect a friendly learning environment, clear explanations, useful speaking practice, and lesson notes or worksheets when needed. I like to adapt lessons around the student’s real goals, whether that is improving workplace communication, preparing for interviews, speaking more naturally, or simply becoming more confident in English.
